About the Founder
Javan Rice founded The Makenzie Group after nearly three decades of professional experience, including 19 years in digital media and 13 years leading media investment and organizational transformation for some of the world’s most recognized brands.
She recognized that many organizations face the same complex decisions as the world's largest enterprises but without access to experienced executive leadership. The Makenzie Group was created to close that gap by providing executive perspective, practical leadership, and trusted guidance when it matters most.
